Prepare to find a room

Room browsing and applications are not available yet. There are no rooms to search or apply for here today. No account is needed for this guide.

What to ask about a room

• Warm rent (rent including running costs), deposit and available dates.
• Whether Anmeldung — address registration — is possible.
• The area, public transport connections and who you would share with.

Never pay before you have seen the room. Ask to see it in person or on a live video call, and check the contract and the person offering it.
