Prelaunch terms information

JustDesiBay is in development. You can read our preparation guides today, but browsing, posting rooms and applying are not available.

What is available

The current site provides preparation guides. Email account access will open only after approved policies are published. Creating an account does not publish a listing, submit an application or reserve a room. We are not accepting rental payments on this site.

Planned features

Descriptions of future rental features describe our plans. They do not confirm that a room, verification service or response is available today.

Before public account registration

This is prelaunch information, not approved contractual terms. Operator and contact details and approved terms must be supplied before public account registration.
